Reflections In Dance, LLP

Have your child’s birthday party at our facility!  We will include :

· a 45 minute ballet  or other dance class

· a chest full of costumes and

       accessories

· tables and seating for up to 15

       children

· music and fun!

Pricing:

$125 for a 2 hour party (up to 15 children) An additional 1 hour for set-up and clean-up by the purchaser is allowed

$175 if  more than 15 children ( additional instructor and tables and chairs will have to be obtained for a larger number of participants)

Payment options:  $50 deposit is due at time of reservation.  You may pay by cash, check or credit card.  Payment must be received in full within 14 business days before your event. 

Studio Responsibilities:

Teacher, music, dress up clothes, ballet movies and tables and chairs will be provided. 

 

All other materials must be provided by the parent. (i.e. table clothes, decorations, food, etc)

Parent Responsibilities:

 

Very limited refrigerator space and a small microwave is available.  If you plan to bring a large amount of food, we suggest using coolers.

 

Parents must recognize and understand the risk of physical injury inherent in the dance class and dance training and I am willing to assume those risks.  I certify that I will not hold Reflections in Dance (therein called THE SCHOOL), or any faculty member, staff or employee liable for injuries sustained by me while in attendance.  I agree to indemnify THE SCHOOL for all liabilities, cost and judgments arising from acts or omissions committed by me which result in injury or damage to any person or party.    

 I understand that it is my responsibility to safeguard my personal property and realize it is not the responsibility of THE SCHOOL.  I agree that I will not hold THE SCHOOL responsible for the loss or damage of personal property while in attendance.  I also agree to abide by the rules, regulations and policies of THE SCHOOL.

**The above statement must be signed by each parent/guardian of the participants.  Studio will provide a copy for each participant to sign either in advance or on the day of the event.

Ballet Birthday Parties

We are open to additional suggestions or themes if you would prefer, however, the dress up materials provided by the school are limited to ballet only.  We can teach jazz, hip-hop or a combination of dance forms at your request.
